we're under contract! we had our inspection on saturday and it went really well. the appraisal is next, keep your fingers crossed for us, we're in love with this house and don't want to lose it. it needs a lot of work though (check out the hideous bathroom) but we're ready for the undertaking.

Is it weird that I sort of love the hideous bathroom? I'm sort of digging the baby blue and rust combo. But regardless, big congrats!!! So exciting :D
