have you ever watched a show and wanted to be someone? well this chick alison teal is pretty amazing! she makes me want to travel the world with my 2 kids in tow.

The other evening, Zigs asked what it meant when people's skin color changed. He said his classmate's cheeks turned bright red one day after the teacher told him something. The way he worded his question and his observation really touched me. having a 6 year old is pretty amazing.  

His classmates are so obsessed with Bloody Mary. He says she's a ghost with no head that appears in the mirror. It really freaks him out.

A girl in his class would pin him down and kiss him at school. I asked how that was going and he said she barely talks to him anymore. He said she told him his face changed and he told her that his face was the same, but that he had gotten a haircut. she replied well, you look different. :-(

Happy April!

My mom totally got me on April fools day. She called and after about 10 minutes of  talking about normal stuff, she told me she was marrying someone and that I didn't know the person but that I would get to know him! 

Today I watched 'naked & afraid' I'm so glad I am in the comforts of my bed right now :)

Lightning crashes randomness

The other day I heard 'lightning crashes' on the radio and it kind of made me teary eyed. Being a mom is bewitching, I love it.

Spooky birthday bash

I think zigs party was a success! He was happy. We had about 60 people and the warm weather was great! The kids liked the piñata. Remind me next time to do it at a bounce place :)

happy birthday to my baby! i feel like i've known you for eternity even though it's only been 6 years. i'm pretty sure you were meant to be mine. five was a good year, you learned to read, you lost your first tooth and you went to disneyworld! i love you infinity, you really are my sunshine.
