space shuttle

the space shuttle landed for display at the air and space museum. it was piggybacked on another plane and we were lucky enough to catch a glimpse from my mom's front yard.

38 weeks 2 days

i have one big baby growing. estimated at 8 lbs 5 oz so far but they could be 30% off in both the big or small scale. the docs are concerned that his head is so big it won't drop, which means i won't dilate. possible c-section argh!

niya and me

we're both pregnant and expecting dragon born boys. it's really neat to have kids that will be 5 weeks apart.

happy easter

we went to a park in germantown and was not expecting 25mph wind gusts. we had a picnic, then packed up and had the easter egg hunt in our backyard. z found an egg with a pepperoni in it. it was a lot of fun, teagan and ziggy are so cute. and little grady was being a sweetheart as usual. the hilight of the day was watching the 4 year olds blast mark and john with their nerf guns, and also watching them pee on the fence.

gas mask

mark ordered these gas masks for Ziggy. we learned today that it's hard to itch your nose in an emergency.

belly

i'm 35 weeks and getting many contractions now. don't know how much longer it'll be. zig was born at 37.5 weeks. how about this guy?

baby shower

hana hosted a lovely baby shower for baby simon. it was a lovely time.

party pictures

we threw ziggy's 4th birthday party at marvatots, a gym. it was so nice because they had coaches that split the kids into groups and let the kids jump and run around. my camera ran out of batteries so i'll have to post more pictures once i get them from hana. then we opened presents at home. ziggy has such a great time.
