mariposa grove

giant sequoias and redwood trees. i had no idea how shallow their root systems were and how dependent on forest fires these trees are. it was so peaceful to be in this setting.

yosemite falls

we drove to yosemite falls and it was a beautiful sight to see (except don't ask ziggy what he thought). he was so cranky and didn't want to get out of the car even for a picture. finally, we dragged him out and forced him to come see the waterfall up close. here's what he said to that: "the waterfall is so boring, take me to t.j. maxx right now and get me a g.i. joe" 3 year olds are such brats!! i finally was able to talk ziggy into one nice picture in front of yosemite falls.

1st day of preschool!

my baby is all grown up. he had a really good time at school and loves his teacher ms. posner. when i asked what he did at school, he told me he he ate 2 slices of apples and some crackers and one fell on the floor. he also said the teacher read him 'the first day of school' and that she was really nice.

bunny party

our neighbor sayeh turned 4. they had some bunnies come and all the kids got to pick them up and pet them.

we had lunch with mrs. forlenzo. ziggy was bored and he took some pictures which i discovered later. these are by him.

dorkforce

there's a machine at my mom's store that lifts you up in the air. my dad peeled off the 'w' and replaced it with a 'd'. it is the dorkforce.

grudge boy

when ziggy is being really bratty, i tell him he looks like the boy from the movie 'the grudge' (honestly, when he's crying he really does!) he's never seen what the boy looks like but i've explained it to him and this is what he think he looks like.

preschool playdate

we went to a playdate with his future classmates. he had such a good time and is looking forward to school

ziggy draws faces now. it's the best thing ever. he draws all different kinds, here is one!

puffy paint

we made our own puffy paint. it's stuff you bake with, after the painting is done, you stick it in the micro for 30 seconds.

rehobeth beach

we went for a day, set up a tent and enjoyed the perfect beach weather. ziggy gagged and barfed on me after some sea water got in his mouth but otherwise it was an enjoyable day.

new digs

i've been shopping like crazy lately. it's been fun but it stops now! my new look for the fall/winter season...pagan mongolian from the future. look at these new purchases from just this past weekend alone!

crabs

we went to visit jeany & john in baltimore today. jeany (our womb buddy) works at the under armour headquarters in baltimore and they were having a sample sale! I got some rad spandex pants, a fleece coat and some shorts on mega sale. we also ate crabs and just hung out drinking slurpees in the parking lot. It was a good day.
