my guys

what i love to see when i wake up.

friday

not much to report today. we stuffed ourselves with more food today. it was fun.

happy thanksgiving

happy thanksgiving. this year we're thankful for a beautiful, bright and healthy baby. we went over to the spremich's house this year. they are our family away from family. the spremichs made a vegetarian's feast and it was delicious. here's all the goodies i brought over: turkey (deboned), butternut squash gratin, green bean casserole, pumpkin mousse and mark brought his grandma's cranberry salad. i recommend deboning your turkey, it was really juicy and flavorful. plus it baked for half the time of a normal turkey. ziggy was obsessed with the fire. my favorite dish of the day was michele's apple pie that she baked in a paper bag inside her oven. michele is also baking a baby in her oven, she's going to pop any day now!

yo'baby

yobaby is a yogurt for babies and ziggy really loves it. they should call it yo'crack. hana and shana got this cute bib for him from crafty bastards.

funny hat

i bought this hat for ziggy at a yard sale for $1! it comes with a matching sweater that we're planning on packing with us when we visit the east coast in december.

dice

ziggy loves his fuzzy girly dice. michele got it for him at a restoration hardware sample sale.

this weekend

this weekend has been nice and mellow. we went on a walk and lazed around at home.

point reyes

yesterday mark drove us to the lighthouse at point reyes. he went there with his friends a couple months ago and saw some whales, unfortunately this time they weren't there but we did see some elephant seals.

little saigon on larkin street

we discovered a new hole in the wall food street in the city, how exciting! we ate at this vietnamese sub shop called the baguette express and got a pork sub for $3! it was delicious, full of veggies and on a fresh bouncy/crispy homemade french roll. this street was full of delicious cheap vietnamese, burmese and hawaiian eats.

sf fun

we went into the city today to visit some dear friends. shannon took us to a really cool rent-a-space garden in soma. then on our walk with amelia in potrero hill, i noticed someone threw out their babydoll!

fun with daddy

here's a picture of ziggy licking mark's nose. i do not know why he would want to do that.

ziggy mania

ziggy pops up on all fours but moves backwards and gets really confused. i need to baby proof my house.
